CORPORATE WELLNESS SERVICES
Sally’s Healthy Living provides a variety of stress reduction and weight loss services, including, seminars, workshops and lunch and learns. Because every work culture is different, each program is tailored to the specific client. A program for nurses, for instance, will differ from that of engineers.
My approach uses personal experience and professional training to spark audience participation while providing facts and humor for effectively learning lifestyle changes.
